itsme is a private, invitation-only matchmaking service. We take privacy seriously, because the people who come to us value discretion above almost everything else. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
We use your information only to review your application, to contact you about it, and to provide the service if you join. We read every application ourselves. We never post your details publicly, and we never add you to a public feed.
We use analytics and advertising tools, including from Meta and Google, to measure and improve our advertising. These may set cookies and record that you visited or submitted the form, so we can understand which ads are working. They do not receive the contents of your application.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the licensed verification providers if you choose to proceed, and with service providers who help us operate the site and our advertising, under confidentiality obligations.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to consider your application and provide the service, and we delete it on request where we are not required to keep it.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw your application at any time. Just write to us at the address below.
itsme is built to meet Canadian privacy law, including Quebec's Law 25, British Columbia's PIPA, and PIPEDA.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
